  • Order Preparation: We generally prepare orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Transit Period: Most deliveries reach Canadian addresses within 1–3 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery Charges: Shipping within Canada is provided at no cost.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is being readied for shipment. Our team usually completes this step within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your package is dispatched, a second email with tracking information will be sent, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep. Standard delivery is expected within 1–3 business days post-shipment.

We cover shipping fees for all orders sent to Canadian destinations. No additional charges apply.

Occasionally, shipments may take longer than anticipated due to factors beyond our control. If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please allow up to three additional business days before reaching out. If it still hasn’t arrived after that period, contact us at info@noradais.com, and we will investigate immediately.

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible via info@noradais.com. Orders that have already entered processing or shipping may not be eligible for cancellation.

If a product arrives in a damaged condition or is not the item you ordered, we are ready to resolve the issue. Take a clear photo of the item and email it to info@noradais.com. We will promptly arrange a replacement or send the correct product. We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
