Currently we only deliver in Canada and shipping is completely free. Once you’ve made your purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking information and your tracking code. You can track your order directly on our website via our Track Your Order age.
The order processing takes 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday). Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 - 3 working days (Monday - Friday).
To cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@noradais.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation.
Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order atinfo@noradais.comwith the details of your requested exchange, and we’ll walk you through the next steps. Items sent back for exchange must be in original condition - unused and unwashed.
Refunds are issued within 7 days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item. The refund will be processed to your original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
